Mara Hayes
Founder & Managing Director
Mara Hayes founded CASLAN Site Services with a background in structured operations, regulatory compliance, and field-level execution.
She studied business at Texas A&M University and earned her degree in Communication and Political Science from Sam Houston State University. She completed graduate legal studies at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, with advanced academic focus in contracts, compliance frameworks, and procedural systems.
A seventh-generation member of a Texas ranching family, Mara was raised in an environment defined by land management, operational discipline, and long-term asset stewardship. With a father active in both real estate transactions and multi-generational ranch operations, she developed early fluency in property valuation, transactional structure, and investment protection — principles that continue to inform her approach to site operations.
Prior to founding CASLAN, Mara served as an Investigator for Clark County in Central Las Vegas, managing complex caseloads under statutory timelines and regulatory oversight. The role required structured documentation, multi-party coordination, risk assessment, and defensible decision-making under pressure.
That same disciplined framework defines CASLAN Site Services today: clearly defined scope parameters, timeline accountability, inspection-ready turnover standards, and professional site conduct aligned with builder and developer expectations.
