Mara Hayes
Founder & Managing Director
Mara Hayes founded CASLAN Site Services with a background rooted in structured operations, legal frameworks, and field-level accountability.
She studied business at Texas A&M University and earned her degree in Communication and Political Science from Sam Houston State University. She later completed graduate legal studies at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, gaining advanced training in contracts, compliance, and procedural systems.
Before launching CASLAN, Mara served as an Investigator with Child Protective Services in Central Las Vegas — a role that required managing complex cases under strict regulatory timelines, conducting detailed documentation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering outcomes under pressure.
That same disciplined, process-driven approach now defines CASLAN Site Services: structured scope management, timeline-driven execution, and inspection-ready results.
Outside of work, Mara trains for half marathons, maintains a consistent weight-training regimen, and enjoys hiking throughout the Las Vegas Valley with her Labradoodle. She brings the same endurance, discipline, and attention to detail to her personal life as she does to every project CASLAN delivers.
